Service Agreement

This Agreement is between M Luxury Realty Corp (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Client”) for requested  services.   

 By signing electronically, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms of this service Agreement.

1. Services Provided

The Company will provide the services requested

2. Fees and Payment or Subscription

The Client agrees to Pay the  fee disclosed at signup. Subscription services will be provided according to the selected plan. Any recurring billing, cancellation terms, and applicable fees will be disclosed before enrollment.

3. Stand-Alone Service — No Commission Agreement

This Agreement covers the services the client chooses only. It is a separate, stand-alone service and does not constitute a real estate listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or commission agreement.  

The Client is not obligated to purchase a property through the Company or pay a real estate commission as a condition of receiving this service. Any future real estate representation or commission arrangement must be established under a separate written agreement.

4. Property Information Disclaimer

Virtual tours are provided for informational purposes only and reflect visible conditions at the time of viewing. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of property information or the property's condition. Virtual tours do not replace an independent inspection, appraisal, or other professional evaluation.

5. Cancellation

The Client may cancel the subscription according to the cancellation policy disclosed at signup. Any refund eligibility will be governed by the disclosed refund policy and applicable law.
